Then I looked at the man in the uniform and realized he was thinking the same thing.

I like the suit to the right who looks like he is saying something to someone off camera. Oh, but wait, what's that hand? At first I thought it was someone trying to adjust a mic on him, or maybe brushing away lint. But then I saw the sun is on the finger tips so the hand is actually more in the foreground than it looks initially.

I think its the beginning of someone warning this suit not to turn around so he doesn't bust up laughing at the prez.

BO is a man of many talents. He can spend money like nobodies business and turn MA into a swing state. Protocol is obviously not his strong suit however.
